The contribution must have been created solely by the entrant, and the entrant must have a non-restricted right to submit it in this Competition. The entry cannot defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or proprietary rights. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third party's pre-existing work does not qualify as entrant's original creation. Entry may not be offensive, as determined by judges in their sole discretion. Any entrant whose work includes likenesses of third parties or contains elements not owned by the entrant (such as, but not limited to depictions of buildings, trademarks or logos) must be able to provide legal releases for such use including Sponsor's use of such entry, in a form satisfactory to judges. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.
1. The Competition
Pitsch is an online competition for designers. The submitted works are valued by a professional jury. The winners are distinguished with giveaways.
2. Participation authorisation
participation-entitled in this competition are persons whose age is at least 18 years old at the time of theirs participation and have given the necessary data (up to the end of the contest valid email address as well as name). The participation occurs only under recognition of the conditions of participation. With submitting the work every participant automatically recognises the conditions of participation. The conditions of participation are observable any time about www.pitsch.org and retrievable.
3. Procedure

4. The work / contributions
The participation assumes that every participant either owner of all originator and/or utilization rights and other protective rights which exist in the sent contribution is spatial or the approval of any owners of the rights, about the use, utilization rights and other protective rights and to be!able to transfer chronologically unrestrictedly and to be able to transfer, can prove. With the entry of the contribution the participant assures that he owns the precalled rights himself or can prove the suitable approval.
Every participants transfers to the organizer with submitting his contribution the spatially and chronologically unlimited rights of use his work for the publication within the scope of all competitive-accompanying measures. The participant transfers to the organizer in particular the right to publish the work under naming the respective originator on www.pitsch.org. The participant transfers the unlimited right of use to the organizer further free of charge to publish the work also after end of the competition in other media of the organizer.
The contribution is admitted only to the competition if the participant has registered himself on www.pitsch.org.
The organizers is entitled to exclude improper contributions (in particular not seriously meant fun contributions or contributions without relation on the subject or with indecent or illegal contents) at its own discretion without information from reasons in every phase of the procedure of the competition.
The organizer is entitled to deprive the price of a participants and to publish this denial if turns out after the nomination for the first time that the work does not correspond to the conditions of participation or
The content or formal aspects of the work do match with one already published work (plagiarism / Dublette) or the participant does not own the necessary or insured protective rights.
5. Vote
A professional jury awards a prize to the winners of giveaways. The decision of the jury is indisputable. A claim to the decision of the jury does not exist. The legal way is excluded.
The winners are announced on www.pitsch.org and will be informed by email.
the giveaways will hand over to the winners within a appropriate period of time. If the giveaways must be dispatched, the winners take over the forwarding expenses. There is no claim to payment of the respective goods value.
6. Liability
The organizer takes over no liability for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, unreadable, incomprehensible or false-escorted contributions.
The organizer takes over no liability for false functions, mistakes, overruns or other damages which originate in connection with participation in the competition, the entry of the contribution on phone, hardware or software, network, computer or other things.
The participants release the organizer from any claims on account or liability by the injury from spiritual property or other protective rights or with disregard of the data protection right by the sent contribution.
7. Miscellaneous
The organizer reserves himself the right to interrupt or to break off the competition in events like higher power or comparable situations which are not in the sphere of influence of the organizer. In this case the organizer is released from any liability for the damages which originate on account of the precalled events.
It counts the right of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal venue is Berlin. The legal way is excluded.
8. Liability
The operators of this website takes care that the contained information and data on the website www.pitsch.org are appropriate. Nevertheless, a liability or guarantee for the actuality, correctness and completeness of the provided information and data is excluded. The operator takes over neither responsibility for the correctness of the information provided on the headed Internet page, nor he makes himself Too own their contents or divides the opinions represented there.
